Breathless

How can you catch
something as simple as that
and put it into words
So much harder
than catching your breath
So much more difficult
than finding something
lost in the recesses of your brain
But we help bury it
in a place we know we will never look
because we don’t want to see it
don’t want to find it
or where it hides
because it’s much to hard
far to difficult
to express in word
or even thought
how to say
how to think
how to breathe
